Bootcamp

This 60 minute class is for members wanting a hard core workout to blast fat! This circuit training class includes tire flipping, squats, push ups, and so much more!

Barre

This 60 minute class is a low-impact, full body strength training workout. This class combines elements of ballet, pilates, yoga and focuses on lower body and core strength flexibility.

HIIT

This hour long class is a full body workout with half hour of cardio.  The instruction includes resistance training with weights, balls and bands for all areas of the body.

Cross Training

This 45 minute class focuses on strength and conditioning. It uses a variety of functional movements at high intensity. The workout will vary to keep your interest!

Stepp and Line Dancing

Stepp is a 30-minute class utilizes steps and fun filled rhythmic movements to engage the lower body while getting your heart rate up and  cardio in. 

Line Dancing is a 30-minute class is a fun way to get your cardio in by dancing with a group of other members.  In this class, popular line dances will be taught and it makes you forget that you are working out.  A few line dances will include Cupid Shuffle, the Freeze,  Footloose, the Electric Slide and much more.
